At the very top of your page, in the upper right, if you look, you'll see a small envelope. Click on it. It will open your message center. You can import you address book for those outside of FS. Your FS friends addresses will be in you address book without having to do anything.

Compose a letter, open your address book, scroll down to the name of the person you want to message and hit send.

Yeah, I got the stuff and I watched a bunch of videos with him too. I feel bad, I guess I didnt reply to you when you sent it. I try to write back to everyone but sometimes I get slammed with so many emails at once I get messed up and miss one or two.

The guy is incredible. What did he talk about in the lecture you saw? He seems to know a ton about an awful lot of things.

I just read that you get cluster headaches. My dad used to get them. I'm sorry... they are clearly one of the most painful things a person can live through.

Does the oxygen help? Back in the 80s it took about 5 yrs for my dad to get diagnosed and then they had no idea what to do for him.

Spicy foods helped a little... but oxygen was the key. You're in my prayers man.
